Holiday Update!! It's time to set our Holiday cut-off date. Yes, it's early but we want to make sure that everyone is aware. The current wait time is 4-6 weeks for non-holiday and also certain color felts are limited or unavailable. As you know everything is produced in house and handmade, so it takes more time.

It is possible we may run out of a certain color or design. That means you may see 'Sold Out' on a product or color way. It is our intention to be transparent about what is going on in real time. If we find that we've reached full capacity, we may even stop accepting orders. We've had to do this a couple times in the past and don't want to make promises we cannot keep.

Our cut-off date is set for Tuesday, November 1^st. That is the last day we can accept orders for 12/25 delivery. Any orders placed beyond 11/1, means you're okay with getting your order after the New Year. Although, like I stated above it is possible that we may reach capacity before that. 

If you are thinking of getting a hat from us this Holiday season our advice is to place your order as early as you can. Likely, if we've marked something as 'Sold Out' it won't be returning quickly. You can always sign up to be notified when that item comes back on the product page or reach out to us and we can give greater detail. 

We will make every effort to get you your hat on time if placed before the deadline. Every hat is produced in the order in which they are placed. Expedited production is not an option.
