Return and Refund Policy

All products are custom made, we do not issue refunds or returns.
Please note that due to COVID-19, we have implemented the following Return and Exchange policy. Effective, November 1, 2020, we will no longer allow return or exchanges to ensure quality health and the safety of our customers. We thank you for your humble understanding regarding this matter. In an effort to keep our current return policy, please read the product description and ensure you're ordering the correct size. All domestic orders are processed and shipped within 7 to 10 business (Monday-Friday) days. Please allow 7 to 14 business days (Monday - Friday) from the date your order was placed for your order to ship.  In case you place a Pre-Order we need up to 14 business days to produce your hat.
